Xoloting provides project delivery and technical consultancy for fast-track fit-out and specialist projects.

Xoloting was established to offer clients direct access to experienced project leadership without unnecessary organisational layers. Every appointment receives senior-level involvement, from the initial assessment through delivery and close-out.

Xoloting is led by Ian Green, whose experience spans project management, specialist contracting, systems integration and operational leadership. This combination provides a practical understanding of both client expectations and the realities of delivery on site.

That technical foundation remains an important part of Xoloting’s approach, but it does not limit the scope of the service. It provides the knowledge needed to interrogate detail, coordinate interfaces and make better-informed project decisions.
